The sun was shining this year for our Spooktacular Halloween parade with Kirkwall City Pipe Band scaring the way!We even had a new addition, our very own NASTY NEEP!PEPA (Papdale East Playpark Association) organised an amazing Party for after the parade.Check out some of the great photos from Orkney Photographic.
